On March 9, 2018, the CAMPA community celebrated the scholastic achievement of our student body during our first Honor Roll ceremony of the school year. Student honorees were joined by their families, friends and CAMPA faculty and staff for a night of delicious food, music, dancing and fellowship. The Director of Operations, Mr. Niaka Gaston, set the tone of the evening by highlighting that “Tonight is about acknowledging the achievements of our students and their parents”, his remarks continued to be the prevailing theme throughout the event. CAMPA students enthusiastically praised each other through from the African dance performance through the acceptance of the awards.  A CAMPA parent lavished in the adorned cafeteria venue of our community partner – the Bethlehem Baptist Church – where the ceremony was held when she stated, “It is so beautiful in here. I loved it so much.” The Honor Roll awards were segmented into three categories of students who achieved an overall average of 80 and above on the report card. “Thank you so much! You all are doing such a great job”, testified another parent.
